Scope and information we use

HolyLine is validating a bounded knowledge-hub concept. This notice does not cover consumer sessions or a future service offered to a church, school, member, student or visitor. No organization-specific product is represented as deployed by this notice.

For outreach, we may record an organization’s name, public website and domain, broad location, a published general organizational email address, a small number of facts from its official website, source URLs/access dates and basic outreach status such as contacted, replied, opted out or bounced. We may also receive business inquiries and related email correspondence.

Our website host and email provider may receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages requested and timestamps when providing their services. We do not promise that every provider log is cookie-free, anonymous or immediately deleted.

How we use information

We use this limited information to prepare relevant introductions, respond to inquiries, assess whether the bounded concept may be worth discussing, avoid duplicate contact, honor opt-outs and handle delivery failures. We do not buy contact lists or use guessed or personal clergy, staff or employee addresses.

Providers and AI assistance

Business email is handled through Google Workspace, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Their processing is governed by the applicable terms and settings. Provider policy links are below.

We use AI tools, including Claude and Codex, to review public organizational facts and draft business communications. An authorized AI assistant connected to the HolyLine business mailbox may read inquiries and replies to classify them, identify opt-outs or delivery failures, and prepare response drafts. Message content is then processed by that AI provider under its applicable terms and our account settings. Private correspondence is not copied into public prospect-research packets or local prospect records and is not provided to Claude. We make no unverified promise about an AI provider’s training or retention settings.

Browser signals

HolyLine has not implemented a custom response to a Do Not Track browser signal on this information site. Provider-controlled handling of Global Privacy Control has not been verified. These are different mechanisms; contacting us by email does not replace any browser-signal obligation imposed by applicable law.

Information we do not seek

We do not seek private pastoral, member, student, child, counseling, crisis, health, financial, authentication or account-recovery information for outreach. Please send only a high-level organizational inquiry, not sensitive records. HolyLine is not a replacement for clergy, teachers, counseling or crisis support.

Retention and choices

Inactive or unsent prospect research is subject to a 12-month review target and removed when no longer needed. A minimal suppression identifier may be retained to keep an opt-out or hard bounce honored. Actual retention may also depend on a continuing business relationship, an applicable agreement, a legal/dispute requirement and provider-controlled logs or backups; the review target is not a guarantee of immediate deletion from all systems.

Email admin@holyline.org to ask for access, correction or deletion of business-contact information or to stop outreach. A marketing opt-out can be sent by replying to the message, without a fee or identity document. Other requests may require proportionate verification. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices materially change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable.
